من امروز داشتم در مورد تعرفه های تزریقات اورژانس بیمارستان مون سوال میکردم تزریق سرم ۲۴ هزار تومن هست. تزریق داخل عضله یا وریدی هم ۶ هزار تومن هست. ولی الان که میبینم مثل اینکه تعرفه ها عوض شده و طور دیگه ای حساب میکنن. تعرفه پرستاری سطح ۳ و ۴ حساب میکنن ولی قبلا تعرفه پرستار تزریقات رو سطح ۵ میزدن که ۱۰ هزار تومن بود. الان ۳ و ۴ میزنن طبق دستور جدید که حدود ۷۰ هزار تومن هست. که البته هیچیش به پرستار نمیرسه یجور انگار چون زیر ۷ سال رایگان شده دارن جبران میکنن تو کل کشور یه سرم برای مریض اگه آزاد باشه حدودا ۹۰ هزار تومن در میاد ؛ که شامل ۲۴ تومن سرم ۷۰ و خرده ای خدمات پرستاری که نه تو جیب پرستار میره نه تو جیب پزشک !!!
پ ن: هنر یه جور سیستم رو بگردونی که پزشک و پرستار و ماما و بیمار بر و بیمار و همراه بیمار همه ناراضی باشن.

But the same encryption technology has also made them a favored communication tool for criminals and terrorist groups, including al Qaeda and the Islamic State.
The lead from Wall Street offers little clarity as the major averages opened lower on Friday and then bounced back and forth across the unchanged line, finally finishing mixed and little changed.The Dow added 33.18 points or 0.10 percent to finish at 34,798.00, while the NASDAQ eased 4.54 points or 0.03 percent to close at 15,047.70 and the S&P 500 rose 6.50 points or 0.15 percent to end at 4,455.48.
